CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Refunds: All payments to TravelUzzo are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because TravelUzzo has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@traveluzzo.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date.  If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 1-678-923-2064 to ensure your information was received. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. By completing this form, I, the "Cardholder Name" listed below, authorize TravelUzzo and its representatives to charge my credit card for the travel-related charges indicated. I agree to the terms and conditions of this booking, including all cancellation policies and penalties. I understand that travel arrangements may be subject to non-refundable cancellation fees. I further understand that, as part of TravelUzzo’s services, it is recommended that all travelers purchase travel insurance to help protect their travel investment. I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that I am authorized to use this card. I agree to notify TravelUzzo’s accounting department of any billing discrepancies within seven (7) business days of receiving my credit card statement or upon discovery of an error.
