Refunds: All payments to TravelUzzo are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because TravelUzzo has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies.
